Anyone have any good tips for getting your pre pregnancy body back ( or as close as i can get it lol) I want to start a healthy diet and exercise program that will be good on my body but still have time for my family.

Just a 6 min example of some of the things you CAN do when you are pregnant and have doctor’s permission to exercise. I will post more videos of workouts as I do them over the coming months. This is just me doing the Crossfitmom.com WOD “Malachi” today with my little helper. I was quite surprised at how hard I found this today, that extra blood volume in pregnancy really makes a difference! I put this here just to help motivate other mums to be to do something every day! Labour is the marathon of them all so I figure this is the least I can do for my body to prepare for that!
