I have really bad Braxton Hicks too, much worse thatn my first. My first was born October 5 and this one is due June 27th so almost the same as you. They get so bad that sometimes my heart rate goes up and it’s a little harder to breathe!!! I just try to rest as much as possible and drink alot of water…..:)

I had that same braxton hicks thing at 29wks too and it scared the crap out of me. I was totally okay a few days later but man o man. I’m sure you’ll be fine too. I did carry all the way till 2 days before 40wks. hth
