Just want to know what symptoms, if any, anyone had before a missed period that turned out to be pregnancy… anything which made you feel sure you were pregnant and turned out to be right?

I really didn’t feel alot of symptoms with my daughter. The main thing I felt was a pain on my right side that felt like I had just got done running a mile. I also had sore boobs. I thought my sore boobs were due to my period starting cause I got sore boobs a couple days before starting my period but my boobs were sore for a good week when I realized I might be pregnant. Took a test and sure enough it was POSITIVE!

I first noticed my skin got really smooth about two weeks before my period was due. Then my boobs started to itch – then right before I missed my period anything could make me cry. Then I got menstrual cramps the day I was suppose to get my period – saw a drop of blood but my period never came. The next night I took a pregnancy test and it was pos! I am now 33 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy.
With both of my pregnancies, the first thing I felt (before a missed period) was a pain along my bikini line on my right side. It would ache all day and sometimes even keep me up at night. My doctor tells me this is caused by the uterine ligaments stretching out in response to the first waves of pregnancy hormones. In fact, I have been having that same feeling for the last few days, and I’m terrified to take a pregnancy test — it’s one of those where I’m afraid to be pregnant and I’m afraid to NOT be pregnant! With both of my other pregnancies I had nausea about a week prior. I also noticed I could not get through a work day without eating, like I normally could, and I gain alittle weight in my midsection.
Some of the craziest things ever… First I thought I was getting a yeast infection, and a day after that I had really sensitive skin in two places. There was a small spot on my inner thigh and my left butt cheek were sensitive. I also had sore boobs, but it didn’t seem out of the ordinary because I figured my period was about to start. I was off Depo shot for 2 years and my monthly was never normal. I had 2 periods a month. On top of it all, I had extremely uncomfortable pain in my stomach. It was an all over pain, not in one spot. After 4 days of that, I finally went to the doctor about it and they said “well, you’re pregnant!” We had no idea…. During those 2 years, I always thought I was pregnant… because I really wanted to be! LOL
Pregnancy symptoms can vary from one woman to another. In fact, some pregnant woman may not have any pregnancy symptoms at all for a while and another woman will know she is pregnant very easily just from her symptoms alone.
Some of the early pregnancy symptoms are the following:
missed menstrual period
morning sickness
frequent urination
mood swings
swollen and tender breasts
constipation
sensitivity to smell
fatigue
