Does a woman experience pregnancy symptoms before or after the missed period? Currently, I am experiencing mild shooting pain, like cramps, in my lower abdomen and tail bone.. also my breasts are a little sore but not yet very bumpy.. I also find myself getting very cranky easily today.. however I am expecting my period in 3-5 days. I don’t know if I might be confusing period symptoms with pregnancy because I heard they are quite similar.

you could take a test today to find out. they can tell 3-5 days before your period starts. good luck.

those are period pains. You don’t get pains down there if you are pregnant.
sounds more like a period than an actual pregnancy. If you dont get your period and are still having the pains. call you ob/gyn – it could be an ectopic pregnancy.
sometimes before and sometimes after and all depending on the person you just need to take an ealytest or get a blood test done and all.but by now if you are expecting your period in 5 days then you should be able to take just a regular test like first response and all.(store brand should be fine just take 2 )also remember if you see 2 lines even if one is not dark and all. then you are pregnant it does not amtter how faint theline is on the test so be careful and allb especially since you hav not missed your period yet.
well i was once before but yes those can all be symtoms of being pregnant i would wait or just take a test. You should always wait a couple weeks to see if your period comes or not
sounds like period not pregnancy like pms or something and your boobs dont get bumpy when your pregnant just really really sore to the touch
It is quite possible you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms but they are quite similar to your period symptoms. If you really want to know get one of those early response tests. Also test again if and when your period does not show up.
Thats all period symptoms.
