Question by diamondgirl8216: How can you tell if you are ACTUALLY experiencing pregnancy symptoms?
as oppossed to ‘wishful thinking’ or whatever. For instance, girls get on here to list their symptoms of possible pregnancy, and many of them say that they are craving foods after just like 2 weeks of supposed pregnancy. My question is how can you know that you are actually craving foods, unless you are never hungry otherwise or something? I realize that everyone has different symptoms, but that also makes me think, how can you know that you are not just more aware of these supposed ‘symptoms’ because you already think that you may be expecting?

I don’t know. I never craved foods when I was pregnant. Or at least, I never craved foods that I wouldn’t normally crave.

No pickle/ice cream combo for me, but I did like my sugar. Always have.

I think the majority is wishful thinking. They have read somewhere that it is a sign of pregnancy, but didn’t read enough to know that normally it only comes 5-6 along the pregnancy route. If even that early.
