For every woman it’s different, but it’s actually kind of hard to tell the difference (or at least I found) in early pregnancy. The thing that stood out to me the most to make me realize I was preggy was the weird/changing tastes of food and the consistent nausea. But most of my other symptoms – cramps, bloating, fatigue, breast tenderness, acne, mood swings – all seem like period symptoms more than pregnancy.
But keeping track of your menstrual cycle and ovulation date will give you a better idea of if you should be concerned about pregnancy or not. I had sex the day before my ovulation date (we were sort of trying), so I kind of realized I was pregnant sooner than I would have had I not been keeping track.
I got a cold sore, I was achy inside my ehemm, was very tired and moody nothing else. I got no breast sensitivity or anything like that, so it’s kinda tough to tell. I think a pregnancy test is always best, it’s different between women

When I Was Pregnant, I Had No Idea. I Had Cramps. Bleeding. I Was Naseous. Fatigued. Hungry All The Time. I Thought It Was My Cycle Until The Cramps Worsened And I Was Urged To Go See A Doctor. Its Honestly Hard To Tell The Difference . I Get All The Symptoms Also. I Think Im Usually Pregnant Every Time Also And This Time i Actually Was And Had No Idea. Theres Nothing You Can Really Do But Wait And See,,
