The pain you are getting in your butt is from your sciatic nerve due to pressure on it by your gluteal muscles. try moist heat and stretching your buttock muscles. Hope that helps. Congrats to you dear.

hey i have the same issue with toothpaste..try using the all natural brand called “toms” you can find it at walmart.

congrats to you!!!!!!!! i my self am pregnant havent been able to get on thecomputer or you tube i am 33 wks pregnant and that taste never leaves im spitting all the time ive been sick from the day i found out tillabout 6months it was so bad the dr had to give me pils i threw up all the time it was horrible i cnt wait for my son to come my husband calld a boy and it was lol iwanted a girl but i wouldtake healthy any time ,i hope it gets better for u b/c i cudn enjoy b n a preggo till7months
I had that same pain it went away for a little bit now I’m 22 weeks and its coming back I hate it it feels like you need to pop ur butt but you cant lol

I am not a doctor but in my experience as an esthetician and mother of 6 my acne when i was preganant was when i had boys ( i have four) hormones and the antibotics didnt really help but it goes away a few weeks after birth

Hey Mommy, you mentioned you face breaking out during this pregnancy I suffered with acne during pregnancy # 2 really bad and the dr prescribed the same steriod topic that you showed in the video I would be careful with it. It can cause blotching (hyperpigmentation) tyr proactiv its light and does the job more natural good luck with the but pain you look great. Thanks for all the hair tips too
