It can be confusing because many pregnancy symptoms are similar to symptoms that occur before a period. But I do know that fatigue is the most common symptom of pregancy before a missed period.

Of course, the most common that you read is sore or tender breasts, fatigue, nausea, cramps, back aches, and period-like feelings. I personally never had anything other than feeling like I was getting my period, pains when I would stand up quickly, and bloody nose in the morning, and my hair got very tangled and straw-like. I know they are very odd symptoms that I had but, I have been pregnant 4 times and the last time it was my hair that gave it away lol
For me it was fatigue. I was so tired and I am usually full of energy. Oh tender breasts.
