They happen at different times for different women.
For me, my first sign was a missed period (for a lot of women it’s 2 weeks after conception…for me it was 4 days after conception)
1 week after conception I started to feel really tired. 2 weeks after, my boobs were really sore, 3-4 weeks later I got morning sickness.

My first symptoms were at about 4 weeks and they were super sore breasts and mega tiredness then at 6 weeks i started ti feel nausea throughout the day. But each pregnancy is different.
Symptoms of pregnancy include: morning sickness (vomiting), cravings for strange foods (often times foods that the person never liked before), swollen feet, back pains, mood swings, and exhaustion. The symptoms start within the first month of the pregnancy and the baby bump starts to develop around the 4th month i believe. I hope this helps and by the way you just inspired me to write a story which i haven’t been able to do in like 2 years. Thank you haha. Hope the book turns out great
Well usually around 2 weeks depending on the woman there could be symptoms… Most the symptoms are almost like pms such as sore, tender breast,the areola might look darker, mild cramping, headaches, moodiness, fatigue, along with nausea, or vomitting, there could be slight bleeding known as implantion bleeding, but isnt as heavy as a normal period and/ or a skipped period. But it varies for different women, some have symptoms some dont, or some women don’t have symptoms right away until either after a confirmed pregnancy or later on in the pregnancy. Hope this help! : )
