I know every woman is different and responds differently to pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone out there had immediate signs of being pregnant. I know it’s hard to pinpoint the moment of conception, but as women, most of us “just know”. Can anyone share their experience with me?

I cannot say that with either of my children I ‘just knew’. Even with the second when I knew it was a possibility. The only symptom I had prior to a missed period with either of my two children I can remember was painful or sensitive breasts and nipples days after conception. It is what prompted me to test for pregnancy. We were trying, but I wasn’t like, hey I’m pregnant. However, I have had that feeling since then…and I wasn’t.

No, there are absolutely no signs of being pregnant before implantation. Some women “know” they are pregnant and then they get their period, and some women “know” they are pregnant and they’re right that month. Unfortunately there is no way to know until your body starts producing pregnancy hormones after implantation and even then it can take days before the hormones are in high enough concentration to cause any symptoms.
I never had that feeling of “knowing”. I had no signs until around six weeks.
