How many of you women have had pregnancy’s just alike? I mean like the signs of being pregnant, and the why you feel?

I have the same thing. I went to the docs and got a pregnancy test, but it came out negative. It is weird. I was wondering why I was feeling like that, but the doc said I probably just have some kind of bug.
