  1. mackenzie arrives in JUNE! says:

A high-risk pregnancy can mean a variety of different things, just means you have a much higher risk of having complications with your pregnancy. You’ll likely be referred to a high-risk OB and be tested and monitored more closely and more often.

  2. Yuly says:

obviously that you need to take extra precautions. Need to eat healthy and take care of yourself…no lifting, no bending, drinking lots of water…etc depending on what ur doc says.

  3. Mindy says:

You just get monitored more. Your OB will refer you to a specialist and they will hook up up for non stress tests on the baby to monitor him/her.

  4. Tina says:

For me, it meant a lot more appointments, check ups, ultrasounds and much closer monitoring with my doctor. Depending on how that monitoring and the pregnancy goes, it can mean bed rest, etc . . .

You just take it day by day!
