I know that afterwards, many doctors and nurses stress having a uterine massage, but for thousands of years women went without one and they went on to live healthy lives and have children. A friend of mine gave birth, well, has several times, and every time she has been pressured to have a uterine massage and each time she has declined and has been fine. Why do they pressure women to have this painful procedure done?
