    hi, i m 7 month pregnant is it safe to do this excersise, i m overweight & also have pain at my back & hips ,so plzz tell me if i m doing sitting excersise for how long i have to do it & while doing that i have to take deep breathing & i don’t need to take pause after doing 1 excersise…..plz plz help me…..:(

    This is the first time i ever considered relieving back pain with yoga, i’m so used to jumping in the pool for that. Now that i’m 32 weeks and the pool’s too cold, this feels just as great!

    twists r fine if you control them and do them as shown in the video – full twists are not adviseable – ur right about that
