Love the info on pressure points and how to relieve back pain. I am only 16weeks but with a triple high risk pregnancy and back pain and migraines are killing me, yoga has helped my back already.

Now pregnant with my second.. and overdue again! Just had to watch the film to remind myself of the pressure points. All went brilliantly last time, and had a great home birth experience. Same planned again, with the same midwife, so feeling lucky! Esther and I have now made a pregnancy DVD which will be available soon on yogatic. Good luck all you overdue ladies out there!!

I understand that you can only press IG4, when you are sure that you started labor. How many times in an hour do you can do it?
I suggest you don’t do it until you be in your 9 month pregnancy or after the 37 weeks

We used to do it many many times a day, i.e. the morning when she wakes up and through the day and at night before she sleeps

Don’t worry so much about soda ^_^ Caffiene is the only thing you need to worry about as far as that goes since caffiene DOES pass through the placenta to the baby and the baby’s heart can’t take caffiene like an adult’s can. HOWEVER I know many many many people who religously drink caffiene throughout pregnancy and their babies are 100% healthy.
Blue’s my favorite color, too! Nice car. It’s so much fun to see you so happy. That’s how I felt, too tho mine was a ‘crisis pregnancy’.

PART 3-I was there 2 days b4 she actually gave birth! & the stupid nurse wouldn’t change the plan 4 her, so she could have me with her. But I saw her & Ailee the day she was born & stayed a wk 2 help her. Ailee is my pride & joy niece! She’s the only one I have thus far, lol.
PART 2- I felt so bad 4 her. I was supposed 2b in the dilivery room with her, cuz she asked me, but then the nurse told her she had 2 pick someone closer. I live an hr & a half away. So I was pretty bummed, especially since I ended up being there as soon as she called 2 say she was in labour.
4 sure! Everyone is different! My poor sis was in labour for 53 & a half hrs! She didnt sleep at all! She didn’t scream at all while having contractions at home, as it was a while b4 they let her stay at the hospitaI, but everyone had 2b really quite every time she has one & no one could touch her.
