    ah apologies – this video is part of the paid program for my private clients. I can’t give program details out because my clients pay £99 per trimester for that information (well not just that but it is part of their paid coaching so I can’t really give that info away for free – sorry)

    However – if you check the other videos on my channel there are 2 or 3 core exercise videos that are for public use which include numbers of reps and sets. Hope that helps =)
