@NGoldmoon No, you may workout and breastfeed. Just be sure to feed your baby whenever he is ready to eat to keep your milk supply.

@lundarts Check with your midwife, but most women should be able to safely perform these exercises throughout their entire pregnancy, especially if they start early on.
Hi. Thanks for your great videos! I’m in good health but I wasn’t lifting weights or doing any exercise besides walking before pregnancy. Is it safe to start doing your videos now?I used to do yoga and was wanting to get back into it and start lifting weights to tone my arms before I got pregnant. I’m two months along.
@kyajea21 Yes – of course. You should be able to workout throughout your entire pregnancy. Remember, you’re not sick, your body is just going through a normal phase of life. Give your baby the best chance at health by staying healthy, eating properly and exercising. Please tell your friends and facebook friends about my videos and keep me posted on your progress.

That has been up for debate for the past few years. There are several factors that play into this…your age, your level of health, how far along you are, etc…talk to your midwife and ask about your specific situation. Stay aware of your heart rate and your body temperature when working out. Stay healthy and good luck!
