I had a c section 2months ago and im thinking about doing the special k diet. do you think it will work?

It will work, my cousin did it and lost 2 dress sizes. Im sure it will work better if you exercise as well. I wanted to do it too but man I’m lazy lol plus replacing 2 meals with cereal really sucks!

no special k works if u eat one to many hamburgers. u need a girdle honey and wear it all the time even after the belly goes down. do some exercises thats safe for u to.
I did that diet for a couple weeks. It did work actually but there were several days in there where between lunch and dinner I would get the shakes because it apparently wasn’t enough nutrition for me or something. So just watch out for that.
Also, if you are breast feeding you might not want to do the special K diet yet as it doesn’t seem like it would provide adequate nutrients in your milk. Just a thought. Good luck.
I don’t think it would your muscles are all stretched out you need to exercise ie walk, cardio, situps and crunches.
I did this diet when I was trying to lose weight for my wedding and it worked, but as soon as I went off it I gained all the weight right back.
No, do a low carb diet instead, they are way healthier and don’t spike your blood sugar causing you to gain weight.
It may help you lose weight temporarily, but it will not help tone up loose skin and muscle from pregnancy. Only exercise and healthy eating habits will do that. As soon as you stop this diet, you may go back to where you started unless you are planning to change your lifestyle and eating habits. Also, what you may not see in the fine print is that the weight loss is with the special k diet and regular exercise. It never hurts to try, special k with red berries is sooo yummy! Good luck!
