I’m just curious, while being on a HCG diet, will a pregnancy test come up as a false positive? I believe that this has happened to me. I’m not looking for different diets to try. So please I don’t want to know about any of them.

The hCG will be excreted in your urine and can indeed lead to a false positive on a pregnancy test.

If you are taking medications which contain hcg, it is possible to get a false positive. It, and an evaporation line, are the only two reasons you would get a positive result on a pregnancy test without actually being pregnant.
yea it will cause the test to be positive that is what the test is looking for the hcg hormone
