Breakfast
A bowel of oatmeal made with milk.A glass of water.

Snack
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk.A mint.

Lunch
Chicken noodle soup.A jello cup and a glass of water.

Snack
Popcorn and a glass of water and a mint.

Dinner
A chicken sandwich with a glass of water and a cup of V-8 juice.

Snack
Fruit and water

And will it be safe to exercise? I want to keep my legs and arms slim and toned.

That sounds fine. Yes, exercise should be fine. But keep it gentle. My mother just walked a mile each day when she was pregnant with me. After I was born, she had no excess fat to work off. So walking is good.

    honey you will find you will want to eat more than that. unless of course you have bad morning sickness. dont hold back on the nutrients – your growing baby will need all you can give it. i found during my first pregnancy i couldnt get enough food and my body told me to consume more calcium rich foods. just go with what your boby tells you.

    you can exercise but dont over do it.
