Pregnant & craving sausage biscuits —> but on a pregnancy diet?

Question by <33: Pregnant & craving sausage biscuits —> but on a pregnancy diet?
It’s not really a diet. I don’t starve myself. I’m trying to eat fresh fruits, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, cheese, whole grain bread and healthy meals with vegetables included only.

What do you think I can do to distract myself from not enjoying sausage biscuits..?

Its a craving, so your body is yearning for something. Just eat them! You’re 32 wks now, having a few things that you’re craving is not going to do anything to your weight, especially this late in pregnancy.

    you cannot really distract yourself, its pregnancy craving. If you choose to ignore it, the craving becomes stronger and then you will be dreaming of it when you sleep.

    Eat something else. Don’t listen to people who say “LOL EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT!” Because that’s really unhealthy for you and your baby in the long run. It’s great you’re eating healthy, though, keep it up.

    You can try to eat something else. Are you vegetarian craving meat? Sometimes I put a little salt and pepper on a salad and it gives me the illusion I’m eating meat. Honestly though..one sausage biscuit isn’t going to hurt either one of you. You shouldn’t always give into cravings but it is okay to once in awhile, enjoy your pregnancy.

    I’d say eat one and enjoy every bite! I’ve been wanting a strawberry shake from McDonalds for two weeks and trying to ignore it, but it won’t go away. I’m going to have to give in and have it, and then hopefully that craving just goes away.
