Did it work at all? How was your diet? I still eat greasy food once in a while. What was your experience or someone you know?

I hear that you lose weight with it. Not alot, but you do lose some. The person I spoke with said it gives her diarrhea frequently, so she basically poops everything out. Kinda yucky, but true.

my mom use to take them pills she said it gave her really bad cramp pains and diarrhea. i wouldnt take it with out asking your docotor first.
Diet pills are never a good idea. People need to just eat healthy food and exercise, not depend on a pill that claims to help you lose weight. You probably would, but the minute you went off it, you’d probably gain all of it (if not more) back.
Especially don’t use a diet pill if you’re breastfeeding! Just walk when you’re ready!
I read the most frequent side effect is “uncontrollable oily stools”
so I’d consider it a last resort
I’ve taken Alli to lose weight in the past, but I wouldn’t recommend any type of diet pill if you are planning on breastfeeding. Alli works, but you have to follow the guidelines. You have to eat 15 grams of fat or less per meal or you will have serious leakage ( the grease will literally leak out of you). This never happened to me, but it happened to my husband and a few of our friends. I liked taking Alli because it scares you into eating well. I lost 2-3 lbs a week on it.
