Are there any general tips/precautionary measures in order to increase the chance of a likely pregnancy during your two weeks waiting period (During the 2 weeks after ovulation)?
I have heard drinking 1-2 cups of green tea is good. Are there any food items we should avoid? Anything that might help? Some say is yoga is good but some of the yoga postures might be to avoid. Does keeping a stress free mind important?

Pregnancy happens before that period. In general, there isn’t much you can do other than follow appropriate prenatal care to ensure the pregnancy “sticks”.
Stress in very high amounts has been linked to an increase in the miscarriage rate (hypothesized reason – increased cortisol levels), but this is generally not the stress women experience in day-to-day living. I must say I was very stressed out during the first trimester hoping for a “sticky bean”.
It is important to take prenatals (especially folic acid 800mcg – 1000mcg), avoid caffeine in high amounts, not to drink etc.
Some women are instructed to take Low dose Aspirin (81mg) if they’ve had a history of miscarriage and it is suspected the miscarriages may be linked to a clotting disorder. But do not take low dose Aspirin without your OBs approval as it isn’t recommended for most pregnant women.
