I’m 9 months pregnant and I lie on my back all the time. I also take regular Pilates Tower Classes and can still most exercises. If you feel okay doing something you don’t need to worry. If something feels bad, just stop.

I’ve done Pilates during my pregnancies and these exercises are great. Just take it easy with whatever exericse you do.
You can lie on your back but not for longer than 5 min at a time
From what I’ve been told, after 4-5 months you should not lie on your back.
