I actually left the hospital in my pre pregnancy clothes…we all lose the weight differently and you WILL lose it ..it may just take more time…If you can get out and walk everyday..or get a yoga dvd..Relax..it will happen

  2. Noah's Mommy says:

It took me almost 15 months to fit back into my pre pregnancy clothing. So, give it more time. Drink tons of water, eat healthy meals and snacks. Avoid fast food, fried food, and junk food. Find time for yourself to exercise…you need to take care of your heart…you have a baby to look after!

I feel ya!!! I don’t have any advice b/c I’m going through the same thing!!! I guess somewhere between being a mom/ working/ cooking/ cleaning/ etc we’re supposed to find time to work out! I opt for an extra hour added to our days!!!!

Everyone is different. I’m from the type that it’s nearly impossible to loose weight. I’m also have a FT job and still come home to take care of all the duties. Attempt to eat as healthy as possible. I don’t have time to myself to excercise either. I purchased a book…… “Eat right for your blood type”. Not written as a diet book, loosing weight is just the cherry on top. Basically it talks about how each blood type has a different metabolism. Also tells me what foods give me more energy, can cause headaches or stress. What’s your blood type? My best friend also purchased it and we both now live by it. Doesn’t keep you from eating, only tells you the foods that are right for YOU.

I was fitting in to my pre-pregnancy jeans within a month of giving birth. I got pregnant again soon after so I didn’t get to wear them for very long. I have heard from a lot of women on here that breastfeeding will speed up the weight loss process. I formula feed but was still able to lose the weight fairly quickly.

I fit into mine the day I came home I also didnt gain a whole bunch of weight while I was pregnant but my baby was a 10 pounder. Do your kegals and if you had a C-section I know people who never got back in their old clothes because of their belly pooch.

  7. DM says:

The only way I could get mine off is exercising. I invested in a jogging stroller and ran nearly every day. It made me feel better too. I tried to do the dieting thing, but it wasn’t enough.
