well the medical industry, never uses healthy solutions.

  7. shodashi108 says:

Thank you for following the trail down to the core: our mistaken identification with energy as Life. We can stop the roller coaster of emotions that threaten our stability. You have shown us the tools: self honesty and self forgiveness.

  8. witan1 says:

I had them while carrying food on the table-this falling, will look into that now.thanks cathy

  9. clk211bu says:

@XtianWestendShamer – Depression is depression by any given name or reason – self forgiveness in self honesty assists selfs expression to change the direction of our moment to push through what we have at times unknowingly accepted and allowed.

  10. XtianWestendShamer says:

What if I am a male suffering from post postpartum depression?

  11. NeumannBastian says:

thank you very much for sharing. At some point you realize that there is noone who can do anything for you and that all who did were just pretending they could. Then you are going to stand – or fall. Point of decision.

  13. SERENASOPHIE says:

  14. AndreaRossouw1 says:

thanks for sharing these hidden thoughts which people don’t like communicating about.

  15. ValentinRozman says:

Thanks Cathy! Wouldn’t it be great if the doctors would simply prescribe a dose of self-forgiveness. Oops, of course they must not, since they would run out of clients an lost their jobs ;)

  16. clk211bu says:

@LLCraver – Yes Linds,- ‘We’ remain silent within these thoughts of our ‘secret mind’ within our shame of having them. Exposing them – and, forgiving them in self honesty stops them from manifesting further abuse within ourself and our world as us.

  17. LanaMarusic says:

    thanks cathy, very supportive

  18. NewNow4u says:

Hi Cathy – yes cool to see these points – thanks for the support

  19. LLCraver says:

thank you for sharing this cathy – it really is as simple as stopping & returning to breath and no longer giving energy to the thoughts which create feelings of depression & anxiety.
it’s amazing how we can believe so wholeheartedly that our thoughts/feelings/emotions are real, which, like you noted, is reinforced by society, esp. through us placing significance in the costume which a doctor wears, to the point where we accept ourselves as the label we are stamped with. this certainly must stop.
