breast feeding helps you lose weight after giving birth
@melassilem It’s actually not that uncommon! I was back under 100lbs, with no access skin or stretch marks less than a week after I gave birth to my daughter, I never exercised during the pregnancy either. All I did was breastfeed her. I’ve also seen a few of my friends snap right back too! Just depends on your body.

I agree with holdendmb. For such a young and naturally beautiful girl to feel that she needs to dye her hair, use fake tan and wear an incredible amount of makeup is just wrong. I’d hate to see the routine she’ll have to go through at 30!
Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to bounce back from childbirth without diet and exercise. You have youth on your side, most of us who wait until a sensible age to have babies have a little thing called metabolism working against us.
