I know what you mean about the face. Im pregnant with my 3rd and my face always gets huge! It gets so fat Im unrecognizable. Its tough because Im usually very thin a size four and to see myself that fat is very stressful. Im 6 mnths now and I dont even wear makeup because I cant look at my face in the mirror! It gets that big and swollen. I hate it its so hard. My face always gets back to normal a couple weeks after delivery. Its so weird the next day after delivery it looks so much better!

I said the same thing after having my baby-she’s two months now and exclusively on breastmilk–but I TOTALLY understand why people quit/give up/stop, it is really hard work and very taxing–but worth it! Congrats Courtney!

motts apple juice has another kind for toddlers called ‘motts for tots’ and it has way less sugar than normal apple juice, that’s what i’ve been drinking also so i don’t get as much sugar, so i’d definitley recommend that

I had the same thing with the bleeding! Stopped at one month then came back super heavy for seven days and I had period cramps so I know it was a period and I’m breast feeding too so it confused me as well!! So glad to see the reflux is better!!! Hollands went away the second I switched the formula I’m supplementing with to lactose free! You look great hun!!!!!!

@dilanielu he would SCREAM if I tried to feed him laying down, and I he would pull off my breast every time his little tummy would gurgle which made breastfeeding almost impossible at times…and he would gurgle and spit up a lot too and hiccup for hours! they put him on zantac, but it stopped working again this week so he is now on prilosec..so far, so good!

no showering yet, but only because I don’t think I’d get much done with him in there…I’d be playing with him the whole time! we could try sprinkling the shower head on him though (it detaches)

@Parkerfur ohh believe me he has his days (he was either sleeping, eating, or fussing today…didn’t give us nearly as much “happy baby” time as usual. he must be growing!) Porter Pie is just working it so he gets more cuddles from his momma…he knows what he is doing!

143-147lbs (depending on the day, but this was my normal range)
I have no idea how much I lost the day of, but from 4 days before I had him I was 206 and a week later I was 198 (I gained back some water weight the first few days after)
breastfeeding helps burn about 500 extra calories a day, so yes you will lose weight faster unless you’re eating more than you normally would
