So I had this idea that I was going to make my own maternity jeans with a couple old pair that had broken zippers. As i am measuring out the fabric to make the band came across your video. LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of using an old shirt. I made my new maternity jeans start to finish in 20 mins. I am 18 weeks pregnant and am just not fittin in the my old maternity jeans (too BIG, YAY!!!) Thanks for the clever and inspiring video. Super Easy!

@anglesherry78 yea im guessing from the fron you can go as low as u want just not the back cause it will make your bootey look flat!!!! hope this helps!!!
will it work it if have to v cut all the way down to the bottom of zipper? the pants i will be working with fit but not at all in the zipper. i always have problems with maternity pants b/c of how low i need the front panel to be. the jean above the pubic hair line digs into me and hurts. any ideas on if it would work to cut the front that far down?

@MrsSnuggie76 i know i searched for something like this everywear..lol.so decided to make my own!!! well yes you cut all around the jeans wich is the panel and yess sow up were the zipper goes first anything else just let me know!!glad i can help!!!
