My precious baby Isabel born asleep on the 25th June 2010. It was a shock to us all when my waters broke on the 24th June. I was 20 weeks pregnant and did not think it could happen so late in pregnancy. Unfortunately, I had a low lying placenta and suffered from a water infection 2 weeks before, which contributed to the miscarriage. The reason my Izzy is so red in the photo’s is because she had died on the night of 24th and I delivered her 6am on the 25th. I remember her last kicks!! The pictures were taken about 7 hours after I delivered her. I want to thank all my family and friends who were there to support me. It has been such a comfort having you all around us. I also want to thank Newham General Hospital for taking the photo’s of Izzy for me. The butterfly in my car at the cemetery was a sign that you are well (we are still baffold as to how you got there!!). Isabel, you will always be in our hearts and I will never forget you.
