1. Your breasts may feel tender and fuller than usual due to hormonal changes deep within your body as it prepares for breastfeeding. By the sixth week - about 10 days after you miss your period - small nodules known as Montgomery’s tubercules may appear on the dark areolae around your nipples. The network of blood vessels on your breasts may also be more noticeable than usual.

2. You may want to pass water more frequently than usual and even wake up in the night to do so.

3. You may feel more tired than you normally do as your body starts to adjust to pregnancy.

These are the classic early symptoms of pregnancy and the indicators of great changes that are going to take place inside your body in the coming months.

Aside from these symptoms, you may also experience the following body changes including cessation of menstrual period, heartburn, excessive saliva, constipation, mood swings, nose allergies, food cravings, gas pains, nipple secretions, fetal movement, skin problems, groin pains, stretch marks, insomnia, varicose veins, protrusion of the navel, backaches, indigestion, nosebleeds, muscle cramps, morning sickness, less oily hair, small swelling on the feet, hands, and face, development of a darker area on your face, and development of a dark line on the area between your navel and public.
